It takes 50 pounds of premium Gold Medal flour, 27 pounds of specially filtered water, 20 ounces of an olive oil blend, pure cane sugar, salt, fresh yeast, and quality spices, and then – hours of careful aging to create the finest pizza crust in The Verde Valley.
